1. Using credit card (no need for PayPal account): Click on “Add to Cart” to add an item. When you are done, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”. At the check out screen click “continue” above the credit card symbols on the left side. Then you can pay using a credit card via PayPal, but without having or creating a PayPal account.

2. Using PayPal account: Click on “Add to Cart” to add an item. When you are done, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout” and login using your PayPal account.

3. Using check: Please print the PDF form (to the right), fill it out, and mail it to us with a check. Note: In order to print a PDF form, you may need Adobe Reader, a free software, (see link to the right).

NOTE: We only serve USA. We apologize, but shipping international costs too much. Try one of our e-tailer partners.

The shipping costs are:

$2.94 for four 4-packs
$3.00 for five 4-packs
For bigger orders, the shipping cost will be 10% of the total price.
